Mayor Mims Hackett Expense Reports.

The Mayor travels outside the city at taxpayer expense. Documents that we have inspected show that he has abused this privilege. The expense amounts vary, but over time it appears to average about $5000/year of bogus or inflated charges to  taxpayers. That would equal $50,000 over Mayor Hackett’s 10 years in office. Only an investigation and independent audit could show the true amount.
